Kaduna, Nigeria – As the second stanza of the Nigeria National League (NNL) season approaches, Kada Warriors FC has taken a significant step to boost team morale and performance by re-kitting its players. This initiative aligns with the vision of the club's new General Manager, Garba Lawal, who is determined to motivate the team and secure an improved standing in the league.
During the unveiling of the new kits, Garba Lawal expressed gratitude to the club chairman for his unwavering support. He urged the players to remain focused and committed to achieving their goals. "We all have to believe in ourselves and tell ourselves we can do it. Then, you will see results," Lawal stated.
He emphasized the importance of self-belief and teamwork, adding, "All we can say or do is within the coaches' technical area on the touchline. That's how far the technical officials can go. But you are inside the pitch, having the ball. Therefore, with belief, you can deliver. I wish you all the best."
The club's Chief Coach, Danlami Kwasau, also addressed the players, encouraging them to give their best efforts to elevate the team's position on the league table. "All of us should do our part to collectively make a big statement at FC Basira, which I am positive you can beat," Kwasau remarked.
He assured the players that team selection would be based on merit, emphasizing the importance of meeting the expectations set by the management. "The team was entrusted to me because the management believed I could deliver. So, it is me that needs assistance, not to assist any player who cannot measure up with the expectations of the team," Kwasau stressed.
The re-kitting initiative and motivational speeches from the club's leadership have set a positive tone for the team as they prepare for their upcoming matches. Kada Warriors FC aims to make a strong statement in the second stanza of the NNL season, with both players and management united in their pursuit of success
