The 4th edition of the Kaduna State Mini Beach Soccer Tournament 2025 has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. A statement by the event, Coordinator and Chief Coach of Kada Beach Soccer Club, Kabir Isah announced the decision, citing a scheduling conflict with the upcoming national president volleyball competition.
The volleyball competition, which is expected to run until the second week of next month, has necessitated the postponement to avoid logistical challenges and ensure the success of both events.
"We regret to announce the postponement of the 4th Kaduna State Mini Beach Soccer Tournament," said Kabir Isah. "This decision was not taken lightly, but due to the scheduling of the national President Volleyball Competition, we felt it was in the best interest of all involved to postpone the tournament,” Isah continued, "We understand the disappointment this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We want to thank the coaches and players of all the participating teams for their understanding and the high level of decorum they displayed at the start of the mini-tournament. We appreciate their commitment to the sport and their patience during this time."
The statement assured teams that they will be contacted directly as soon as a new date for the tournament is finalized. It emphasized its commitment to holding the event and promised to announce the rescheduled dates as quickly as possible.
