The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has congratulated Mr. Bulus Samchi Dabit, former State Director of the National Orientation Agency, on his election as the President of the Mwaghavul Development Association (MDA).
In a congratulatory message, Governor Mutfwang described Mr. Dabit’s emergence as strategic and timely, given his vast experience in peacebuilding, unity, and values reorientation, which are essential for fostering community development and national progress.
He expressed confidence in Mr. Dabit’s visionary leadership, citing his impactful public service record and strong capacity to provide strategic guidance on national and global affairs that will strengthen community cohesion within the Mwaghavul Nation.
The Governor also congratulated other newly elected officials of the MDA including the
Vice President, Mr. Jephthah Data Dingmun, Secretary, Dr. Solomon Elisha Mangvwat, and Assistant Secretary, Dr. Obadiah Moltok Dalong
The others are the Director of Public Affairs, Mr. Friday Derwam, Financial Secretary, Ms. Pauline George Davson, Internal Auditor, Mr. Dapar Emmanuel Dalang, Director of Culture, Mr. Sohotden Mathias Ibrahim and the National Legal Adviser, Barr. Bigwan Joseph Benshak
Governor Mutfwang urged them to lead with empathy, integrity, and transparency, fostering unity and ensuring a harmonious working relationship with other ethnic nationalities within and beyond Plateau State.
Similarly, Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has congratulated the newly elected officials of the Mwaghavul Youth Movement (MYM), where Comrade Jonathan Kyesmang Yusuf emerged as President, with Madugu Pannan Amos as Vice President.
Other elected officials include the Secretary General, Mr. Kwatle Domshak Paul, Assistant Secretary, Mr. Luka Francis, Financial Secretary, Mr. Livinus Alpha, Director of Public Affairs, Mr. Tubwot Joel Sunday, Women Leader, Ms. Naanlop Tangsan, and Treasurer, Ms. Mwanret Mandela
Also elected were the Auditor 1, Ms. Doris Panle Mbwan Auditor 2, Ms. Keziah Bakwa, Legal Adviser, Barr. Barde Panshak, Director of Culture, Mr. Nyaghas Panshak Jehoshaphat, Director of Socials, Mr. Reuben Mbweng, and Coordinator, People Living With Disabilities, Mr. Zughumnaan Dampo
Governor Mutfwang encouraged the new MYM leadership to collaborate closely with the MDA, to ensure that the youths are united under a shared vision of love, integrity, hard work, and sincerity of purpose. He emphasized the critical role of young leaders in fostering peace, development, and cultural advancement in the Mwaghavul Nation and Plateau State at large.
On behalf of the government and peace-loving people of Plateau State, Governor Mutfwang congratulated the Mwaghavul Development Association and the Mwaghavul Youth Movement on their successful elections.
He prayed for God’s wisdom, strength, and guidance as they embark on the noble task of building a stronger, united, and prosperous Mwaghavul Nation.
