The stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Garga area have dismissed rumors of defection, reaffirming their unwavering support for the party. They made the resolution after a meeting led by Hon. Sadat Garga, a former two-term member of the Plateau State House of Assembly, and witnessed the attendance of thousands of supporters.

Hon. Sadat Garga said that the APC has consistently delivered on its promises to the Garga area and Kanam in general. He criticized any attempts to leave the party as self-serving, describing such actions as a "one man gang game" that would not succeed.

Other prominent stakeholders, including former Commissioner Hon. Yahuza Yusuf Kyansar, Kanam APC Chairman Aliyu Shehu Makama, and Hon. Ahmad Sule Garga, shared similar sentiment. They highlighted the infrastructural developments and job opportunities brought to Garga by the APC, reinforcing the area's status as a stronghold for the party.

The event was marked by enthusiastic support from the local community, who expressed their happiness at seeing the APC leadership united. They acknowledged the contributions of Rt. Hon. Yusuf Gagdi, Senator Diket Plang, and Hon. Hudu Bala Noma in advancing the area's development.

Among the notable attendees were Alh. Usman Iyan Garga, Hon. Aminu Munbotbo, Hon. Buhari Zakari, Hon. Alhassan Kabasu, and Hon. Alh. Abdu Usman. The gathering also included all APC ward chairmen and their executives from the four wards of the area, as well as the APC LGA executives, including Hon. Zakari Haladu, the APC Chairmanship running-mate for the upcoming LGA election.
