Northern Awareness Network Caution Hon. Benjamin Kalu Over Confrontations with Governor Otti

 

The Northern Awareness Network (NAN) has condemned the recent actions of Hon. Benjamin Kalu, Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, for engaging in confrontational activities with Abia State Governor Alex Otti.

In a statement issued by its national coordinator, Salihu Suleiman, NAN expressed concern that Hon. Kalu's actions threaten to create discord in the region and undermine the efforts of the Abia State government.

The group urged Hon. Kalu to reconsider his approach and prioritize his legislative responsibilities, emphasizing that his actions have significant repercussions for his constituents.

NAN also criticized Hon. Kalu's performance in the legislature, citing concerns among constituents about his perceived inadequacies and lapses in duty.

The group warned that if Hon. Kalu persists in his confrontational approach, they will initiate a comprehensive recall effort to ensure accountability.

NAN called for a united front to build a brighter future for all Nigerians, urging Hon. Kalu to allow Abia State to thrive under its current administration.
