Governor Mutfwang Approves Minor Cabinet Reshuffle in Plateau State

Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has approved a minor reshuffle of his cabinet, aimed at enhancing effective service delivery to the citizens of the state.

In the new arrangement, Hon. Noel Nkup, who has been serving as the Commissioner for Water Resources and Energy, will now take on the role of Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development.

According to a statement issued by the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Gyang Bere, "This move is expected to bring new energy and direction to the state's youth and sports initiatives."

Conversely, Hon. Bashir Lawandi Datti, the outgoing Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, has been reassigned as the Commissioner for Water Resources and Energy.

The Governor’s office believes that Datti’s experience will be instrumental in advancing the state's water resources and energy sectors.

The changes take immediate effect as Governor Mutfwang continues to align his administration's priorities with the needs of the Plateau State population.

This reshufflement reflects the Governor’s commitment to ensuring that his team is well-positioned to deliver on the administration's promises and objectives.
