APC Plateau State Chapter Expresses Gratitude to Senior Supporters for Financial Assistance

 

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Plateau State Chapter has expressed its amazement and gratitude to its senior supporters for their overwhelming financial assistance towards the forthcoming local government elections.

In a press statement released by the Acting Publicity Secretary, Shittu Bamaiyi on August 20, 2024, the party stated that it is impressed and elated by the financial support received from its members of the National Assembly, the State House of Assembly, and the former governorship candidate, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda.

The party's leadership commended Senator Simon Lalong, Senator Joshua Dariye, Senator Diket Plang, former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Idris Ahmed Maje, Rt. Hon. Dr. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, and Hon. John Dafaan for their generous support.

The party also acknowledged the contributions of the Deputy National Secretary, Barrister Festus Fantur, who has been supporting the party's candidates across the state.

The APC stated that the financial assistance is a testament to the unity and solidarity within the party and a sign of victory at the polls. The party is confident that it is "good to go" for the local government elections.

The State Secretariat is putting finishing touches in readiness for the contest and is closely monitoring the activities of PLASEIC and other political parties concerning the local government elections.
