The Super Four teams in the 2024 National Beach Soccer League have expressed their determination to win the coveted trophy and emerge as champions. At a press conference held at the ASA Pyramid Hotel in Kaduna, the team captains shared their plans and strategies for lifting the season's crown.

Ekene Obi, captain of the defending champions, Kebbi Beach Soccer Club (BSC), acknowledged the challenges they will face but expressed confidence in their ability to overcome them. "As defending champions, we will keep our heads straight and put in extra effort to retain our cup," he said.

Gabriel Chimezie, captain of Anambra BSC, expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to participate in the Super Four final. "We are very happy to be here, and we appreciate God for making this possible. As the Anambra BSC warriors, this is our first time in the National Beach Soccer League, and our first time participating in the Super Four final. We are here for the trophy," he said.

James Monday Peters, captain of Kebbi United BSC, another debutant team, thanked God for the journey and expressed their resolve to fight for the trophy. "We are very prepared, and we will give it our all to emerge victorious," he said.

Frank Chidozie, the captain of Kada BSC, echoed the same sentiment, exuding confidence and determination. "The players are raring to go," he said. "We are focused and targeted on one thing - the trophy. We know the expectations are high, especially after losing to Kebbi BSC in the final last time. But by the grace of God, we are determined to keep the cup in Kaduna State this time around."

The Super Four teams are expected to train to fine-tune their skills and strategies to gain an edge over their opponents. The competition promises to be fierce, with each team determined to lift the trophy and claim the title of National Beach Soccer League champions.

The press conference was attended by sports journalists and team officials, as well as the committee members who showed their support and enthusiasm for the upcoming competition. 

The National Beach Soccer League has grown in popularity over the years, with teams from across the country competing for the coveted title. The Super Four final is the culmination of the league, and the teams are eager to prove themselves as the best in the country.

The Super Four will kick off on July 4 through to July 6 at the Murtala Muhammed Square, Kaduna State.
